Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the 27th National Youth Festival in Nashik, Maharashtra, on January 12, marking the 161st anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. Thousands of youth from all states and union territories have gathered for the event, where PM Modi will address around one lakh participants. The festival aims to showcase the nation's youth power and encourage a commitment to developing India by 2047, the 100th year of independence. National Youth Day will be celebrated nationwide, involving field organizations and more than 88,000 volunteers coordinating activities through the MY Bharat digital platform. Road safety awareness events, cultural programs, and district-level mega programs are planned, engaging youth across 763 districts.
