Bollywood actor Pankaj Tripathi's family faced another tragic loss as his brother-in-law, Rakesh Tiwari, met with a fatal road accident while his sister, Sabita Tiwari, sustained severe injuries. The incident occurred on the Delhi-Kolkata National Highway-2 near GT road, around 4:30 pm on Saturday. According to reports, their vehicle collided with a road divider at Nirsa Bazar.

His wife, Sabita, was rushed to Dhanbad Medical College Hospital for treatment, where she remains under medical care. The couple was reportedly traveling from Bihar to Chittaranjan, West Bengal, when the accident took place.

Local authorities and bystanders assisted in rescuing Rakesh and Sabita from the wreckage, swiftly transporting them to the hospital. The family disclosed that Rakesh Tiwari was returning from his village in Bihar at the time of the tragedy.
